We are 𝗨𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗬 looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR who is willing to work in Subic, Zambales.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
*Male
*35 yrs old above
*Familiar with computer system operation, proficient in office software and ERP
*College Graduate, major in electronics, machinery, optics/optical communication, enterprises management etc.
*Atleast 5 years work experience in production management have similar work experience or understand Chinese in preferred.
*Familiar with quality management system, understand ISO9001, ISO14001 and other related standards.
*Familiar with ERP/MRP operation process, master the necessary abnormal problem analysis methods such as 5Why . Seven basic tools of quality, SPC, 8D, etc.
*Have strong planning , organization, promotion, implementation, monitoring and communication and coordination capabilities and can properly deal with various legal situations and events.
*Understand human resources management and can effectively organize staff assessment and training.
*Responsible, able to work under pressure, with team spirit
