Have you ever experienced being with someone you knew and suddenly a question popped up in your mind, "What if I told you that I've fallen"

Lola Amour is a Filipino rock group that plays pop, funk, and modern rock. The band was founded in Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines, in 2013. It was formed from two rival bands, the "Sinigang Na Baboy" and "Decaf". Despite their constant rivalry in the yearly school battle of the bands, the two bands remained friends as members of DLSZ Symphonic Orchestra and DLSZ Jammers, two student music organizations. The two bands decided to combine and play at their graduation ball as seniors.

Nowadays their song Fallen is now recognized by the whole country as the song expresses strong emotions. Their song Fallen’ was inspired by a falling out with a close friend, with whom he had developed feelings at the time though this song isn’t about falling in love. It’s about settling for walking in circles because the only way out doesn’t lead to a good place.

Savor the best, taste the success, and let your tongue enjoy the flavor of the most popular Filipino dish, Adobo

When the Spaniards arrived, they saw how the Filipinos used vinegar to marinate their chicken, pork, and fish. The Spanish word ‘adobar’ refers to a marinade or pickling sauce. In his writings, Pedro de San Buenaventura, an ethnographer, labeled the Filipino version ‘adobo de los naturales’ – adobo of the natives.

Adobo is available in a variety of forms throughout the Philippines since each region has its unique produce and desired flavor profile. Squid adobo with squid ink, or adobo ng pusit, gained popularity in areas where seafood was abundant. Adobong gata (adobo with coconut milk and green finger chilies) originated in Southern Luzon, where heat and coconut milk are common components. Adobo has several variations; in the Philippines, you can find variations made with sugar, liver, potatoes, morning glory, laurel leaves, and a host of other ingredients.
