We are thankful to welcome this new motorcycle to ENJ Wireless Communication Services. 🛵

This may look like just a motorcycle, but for us, it means a lot. It came after many challenges, hard work, sacrifices, and sleepless days. It will be a big help in attending to customer concerns, repair work, collections, and other field activities.

We would like to remind all our clients to be careful if someone approaches you offering to upgrade, boost, or improve your internet connection by replacing your modem or router.

If someone tells you that they are from E&J Wireless Communication Services (ENJ) and says that your modem or router needs to be replaced to make your internet faster, please contact us first and verify it with our office.

⚠️ Do not immediately agree, pay, or allow anyone to replace your equipment without confirming with ENJ.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER

Replacing your modem or router is NOT automatically required to improve your internet connection.

If your connection needs an adjustment, ENJ can make the necessary changes directly through our system and your account. In many cases, there is no need to replace your existing modem or router.

We only replace or recommend replacing equipment when the modem/router is damaged, defective, or our technical team finds that replacement is actually necessary.

So, if someone approaches you and says:

“Kailangan mong palitan ang modem para bumilis ang internet mo.”

Please don't immediately believe it. Contact ENJ first and let us verify it for you.

🔒 PLEASE HELP US PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT

Before accepting any upgrade or equipment replacement:

✅ Verify first with ENJ.
✅ Ask for proper identification if someone claims to be our representative.
✅ Do not give your account password or other private information.
✅ Do not allow unauthorized persons to access or change your modem/router.
✅ Do not make any payment until you have confirmed the service with us.

We want to make sure that our clients only pay for services and equipment that they actually need.

If you receive an offer or someone visits you claiming that your connection needs an upgrade, don't hesitate to contact us. We will check your account and confirm whether the service is really necessary.

When in doubt, ask ENJ first.

As of August 21, 2026, 11:02 AM, we are currently monitoring issues affecting some of our upstream ISP connections.

Based on the latest status from Downdetector Philippines, several major internet providers, including PLDT, Converge, Globe, and Smart, are showing an increase in reported service issues.

This may result in slow internet, intermittent connection, high latency, or temporary disconnections for some ENJ subscribers.

Our technical team is monitoring the situation and checking our network continuously. We will provide another update once we receive further information from our upstream providers.

We would like to inform everyone that we are currently experiencing intermittent internet connectivity. The issue started at around 6:00 AM today, August 20, 2026, and is still ongoing as of this time.

Based on the information available to us, the issue is not limited to ENJ Wireless Network. Other internet service providers, including major telecommunications companies, are also experiencing similar connectivity issues today.

Our technical team is closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with our upstream provider. At this time, we are waiting for their latest update and confirmation regarding the issue.
