Please be informed that our internet service interruption is due to a fire incident in the affected area, which caused damage to the network line. Our technical team is currently on standby near the affected location.

However, we have been advised by MERALCO that we are not yet permitted to install or lay a new line while their restoration and safety operations are still ongoing. For safety reasons, we are required to wait for MERALCO’s official clearance or go signal before proceeding.

Once the area is declared safe and clearance is given, we will immediately begin restoration work to ensure that the internet service is fixed as soon as possible.

We are currently experiencing a service interruption due to a FIBER CUT, where the main line was burned as a result of an electrical incident. The damage is severe, and it is necessary to lay a completely new fiber line in the affected area. However, due to the BAD WEATHER, our technical team cannot proceed with the restoration work at full capacity for safety reasons. As such, we are unable to provide a definite time for restoration at the moment. Rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and will resume work as soon as weather conditions improve.
