NETWORK UPDATE: C2C Singapore Segment Restored

Good news! The C2C Submarine Cable (Philippines–Singapore) segment has been fully restored and has been under monitoring since 12:48 PM, October 3, 2026.

Current status of the EAC-C2C cable:
✅ C2C Singapore: fully restored
🛠️ C2C Hong Kong: still under maintenance

What this means for you:
- Websites and apps that go through Singapore are back to normal.
- Services that go through Hong Kong may still vary until the maintenance is done.
- Trident Network's local network is working normally.

NETWORK ADVISORY

We are currently experiencing the effects of an outage on the EAC-C2C international submarine cable, an important international route connecting the Philippines to the global Internet.

Please note that this is not an issue originating from Trident Network. The cable outage is outside our network infrastructure and is affecting multiple telecommunications companies and Internet service providers across the Philippines.

As a result, some customers may experience higher latency, intermittent access to certain international websites and services, or slower international connectivity.

Our local network remains operational, and we are closely monitoring the situation with our upstream providers while the affected international route is being addressed.

We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
