𝟑𝟎 – Continue BSE + Clinical Breast Exam (CBE) by a trained health worker or doctor
𝟒𝟎 – Continue BSE + Annual CBE + Baseline Mammogram

Late post! The past few months have been such a whirlwind, but I’m grateful to share this special milestone — celebrating ’s first year anniversary! I’m excited to see the BDWC team wearing this custom mesh jacket created just for them.💖

A heartfelt thank you to Charity .ph for placing an order for these jackets. Because of her generosity, 10% of the proceeds were donated to , supporting breast cancer awareness and early detection. Grateful to be part of a community that uplifts and gives back!🥰

Kicking off October Breast Cancer Awareness Month wearing my Scars Shirt and running shorts!💖

It’s my second year being partnered with foundation, my Breastie Shirts For A Cause is an all-year-round and forever collaboration… aimed to promote breast cancer awareness, provide my fellow warriors and survivors with cute statement shirts for their cancer journey, and to contribute 10% of the sales to ICS projects and programs.✨

I know this month will be a flood of pink for Breast Cancer Awareness, hope we all take action by doing a and having a mammogram/ultrasound if you haven’t! 💖
