ADVISORY | Shift to Alternative Learning Arrangements
As per Memorandum No 2026-08-25 (25) released by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA), alternative learning arrangements shall be in place next week in consideration of the upcoming examinations and the need to provide students sufficient time to review and prepare, as well as the declared holidays (August 31 & September 2), resulting in a compressed class schedule.
As such, please take note of the following dates and arrangements:
August 31, 2026 (Monday) – National Heroes Day | Regular holiday. No classes shall be conducted.
September 1&3, 2026 (Tuesday & Thursday)
Classes shall shift to synchronous online learning using the appropriate online learning platforms.
September 2, 2026 (Wednesday) – Nueva Ecija Day | Local holiday in the Province of Nueva Ecija. No classes shall be conducted.
September 4, 2026 (Friday)
The University’s Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement shall remain in effect, while classes shall be conducted through the asynchronous mode.
August 29 & September 5, 2026 (Saturday)
All CWTS and ROTC learning activities during shall be conducted through asynchronous mode.
Faculty members are requested to inform their students in advance of the necessary learning activities, requirements, and arrangements to ensure the continuity of instruction. Students are advised to coordinate with their respective faculty members and regularly check their official communication channels for announcements and further instructions.
