We are Hiring IT Support Student Interns! 📣 📧 ✨For interested applications, send your resume/CV to [email protected]

📍 The Technical Associate Intern assists in managing customer support for the Digital Solutions Business Unit. Their primary responsibilities include documenting essential technical support processes, assisting customers with technical issues and the ticketing system, assisting technical maintenance in digital solutions services, and monitoring technical KPIs.
1. Maximum of 45 hours of work per month / Always output-driven tasks (No Time-in needed). Negotiable working hours. Students may want to reduce or add working hours depending on the capability/schedule of their classes or exam week.
2. Work from home (may need to travel to the client site sometimes, all expenses paid).

📍Stipend/Benefits:
• Monthly basic stipend + Internet Allowance + additional compensation for additional workloads (new projects)
• Transportation & food allowance if needed to travel to the client site.
• Access to corporate events and training such as Google, Amazon, Incubations, etc. (All expenses paid)
• Paid training for their niche/industry inter-school events
• Use of company tools (Canva, GDrive, etc) for school-related tasks
• Eligible for incentives and bonuses after passing quality-assurance certifications. (including Christmas bonus).

👉Note: Students are encouraged to convert their work hours in the program to OJT hours if their school agrees. SCT will assist students with the documentation needed.

📍Program Completion Benefits:
• Certificate of completion
• Letter of endorsement/recommendation
• Use of portfolio for their contribution in projects they worked on within the program (SCT signed and notarized)
• Honorarium/Graduation Cash Gift for completion of the program of the 3-year contract.

✏About the Internship Program (3-year Internship Contract)

The SCT Solutions Internship Program is designed to offer students practical experience through a long-term collaboration with the company. This opportunity enables them to acquire valuable insights and deepen their understanding in their chosen fields of study.

This internship program emphasizes learning over salary compensation, although a project-based stipend may be available. The primary goal of the internship is to provide students with exposure in their field of study without requiring them to prioritize their work over part-time employees or complete mandatory OJT hours.
