1. FREE INSTALLATION
Free installation will be available for selected areas and within our limited service scope.

2. RECONNECTION FEE
A reconnection fee will apply to accounts that have been temporarily disconnected due to unpaid balances or service suspension.

3. RE-INSTALLATION OF DORMANT / EXPIRED ACCOUNTS
Dormant or expired accounts that wish to resume service may be subject to re-installation charges and site assessment, depending on the account and existing facilities.

4. TRANSFER / CHANGE OF LOCATION
Customers requesting to transfer their internet service to a new location will be subject to availability checking, site assessment, and applicable transfer fees.
