URGENT HIRING
OSP PROJECT MANAGER (FOR MINDANAO)
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years extensive experience in Telecommunications projects
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao
Preferably with previous background in Telecom Construction Industry;
Must be familiar with end to end turnkey projects including permitting, OSP workflow, implementation, testing and acceptance.
Responsible of making implementation plan according to project milestone
Organize teams to execute the projects, end to end monitoring and manage the project progress to ensure all targets can be finished on time
Responsible for the project progress, cost, quality and safety
Coordinate and solve critical issues
Responsible to improve the client satisfaction
Manage subcontractor
Manage project equipments & materials and organize to manage project documents in proper way
Report to management team base on PMO regulation
Must be a critical thinker and able to develop solutions
