To all enthusiasts in filmmaking, photography and digital arts, Edge will hold an orientation program for those who are willing to be a member of the organization.

Unlike previous approach, we will take the company-style organizational structure, away from a typical organizational structure.

Edge (previously MSU Edge) was conceptualized in December 2017 and was finally founded on March 13, 2018 the date that the Division of Student Affairs of MSU Main Campus approved its constitution and by-laws.

After its hiatus within more than a year, we are pleased to announce that we will be coming back to pursue our goals, which are:
- to provide multimedia services to constituency of MSU and Marawi City.
- to provide trainings and workshops on multimedia arts to MSU students who want to be part of the organization.
- to encourage students to learn and apply the basic discipline in photography, videography graphic designing, and other related multimedia arts, as these are now needed in the course of their study, and also in their future workplace.
- to produce and provide high-quality entertainment content through videos, short films, vlogs, full-length films, etc.
- to establish a society for and produce future filmmakers, photographers and graphic artists from among its members.
- and especially to create a legacy of being the premiere organization in MSU Main Campus to focus on multimedia enthusiasts.

EDGE applicants (called "apprentices") will undergo the Apprenticeship Program. The length and content of the program are still being determined.
