GNext PoC Radio: Quick Start & Network Guide
Our GNext PoC Radios are fully tested on Smart, Globe, Dito, and international IoT SIM networks. Thanks to their Dual SIM capability, you enjoy wider, seamless coverage.
To help you get started immediately, every purchase includes a free Smart SIM and a Global IoT SIM.
Pre-Configured & Ready to Use
Your units are already fully set up and provisioned on our platform. To finalize your setup, simply:
Provide us with your preferred GroupName.
We will instantly transfer your PoC units to that group.
Note: Radio Names and Call Signs can easily be updated later.
Network Setup Options
Choose how you want to connect your devices:
Option A: Using the Free Smart SIM (SIM Slot 1)
Activate: Insert the free Smart SIM into a smartphone to register it.
Test: Verify the activation by browsing the internet on your phone using mobile data.
Insert: Move the registered SIM to your PoC Radio.
Power On: Turn on the radio; it should connect instantly.
Top-Up: After your 2–3 days of free data expire, we recommend loading Smart Magic Data P149 (3GB / No Expiry).
Tip: Because PoC radios use very little data, 3GB can last up to 12 months!
Option B: Using the IoT SIM Demo Access (SIM Slot 2)
Ready Out-of-the-Box: We have pre-activated and pre-installed a Global IoT SIM in SIM Slot 2.
Demo Data: It includes a free trial of 10MB (valid for 3–7 days) so you can test the unit right away without registration.
Subscription: To learn more about IoT SIM features or to renew an Annual Plan, please message the official 'IoTSim PH' page.
Quick Summary
Both SIM cards can remain in the radio simultaneously. Use the free IoT SIM demo data in Slot 2 first. Once it expires, you can choose to renew the IoT annual plan or switch over to your loaded Smart SIM in Slot 1. The PoC radio will automatically connect to whichever SIM has an active data plan!
