Procedures on how to update your Wizspot APP.

1. Uninstall the existing Wizspot Apps on your mobile device.
2. Download & Install the new version of Wizspot Apps from Google Play Store on your Mobile Device.
3. Buksan ang Newly Installed Wizspot App version.
1. Pumunta sa Settings
2. Hanapin ang Upgrade tool
3. I Click ang Landing Page at maghintay ng ilang minuto hanggang mag COMPLTE ang pag update..

Yun lamang po. At Wala ng Iba pa...

Procedures on how to REFLASH your memory card into version 2
----------------------------------------------
1. Remover SD Card From Wizspot and Insert it in your computer (Use SD Card
Reader).
2. Extract the Given Compressed File.
3. After Extraction Install Etcher (After Installation of Etcher).
4. Select Image File (opione.sda.v1.896.img).

7. Insert back the SD Card to Wizspot Opi
8. After flashing:
1. Pumunta sa Wizspot App
2. Buksan ang Settings
3. Pumunta sa Upgrade Tool
4. I Click and Coinslot at hintayin ang message na COMPLETE.
5. Bumalik sa Upgrade Tool
6. I Click ang Time Settings at hintayin ang message na COMPLETE
9. Mag hintay ng ilang minuto para magamit ulet ng maayos.

WizSpot Technical Support 101

Orange Pi Problem Encountered:
*Hindi makapag-insert coin
*Naka-stuck ang led light sa red
*Hindi nag boot ang LAN port
*Tumatanggap ng coins pero hindi nag rereflect sa portal at reports

1.) Mataas ang temperature ng board at nakakapaso
2.) Walang "Registered" nalabas sa portal kaya hindi makapag insert coin
3.) Hindi na madetect ng MikroTik/WizSpot Router Board ang Orange pi kaya walang "Registered" at hindi makapag insert coin
4.) laging nag fail ang pag upgrade mo ng coinslot (tips pag hindi lumabas ang "Registered" hindi mo din ma-uupgrade ang coinslot sa upgrade tools)
5.) Tumatanggap ng barya pero hindi nag rereflect sa portal page at sa reports ng app
6.) Naka-stuck sa red ang led light
7.) Hindi mag pprocess ang coinslot kaya hindi tumatanggap ng kahit anong barya
8.) Maluwag ang mga pin wires kaya hindi nag pproces ng maayos ang coinslot

MikroTik Problem Encountered:
*System Offline
*No SSID

1.) Maluwag ang mga cable kaya hindi madetect ang opi at walang internet.
Solution: Itest ang UTP Cable

2.) Hindi nag power ang board na nag reresulta sa hindi mo ma-detect ang SSID ng WizSpot
Solution: Itest ang USB Cable

3.) Sira ang mga LAN ports ng board na maaring maging dahilan kung bakit walang internet ang unit at nag prompt ng "System Offline" sa portal page

Hello mga kawizspot users and dealers!!!

ang inyong wizspot ba ay nagkakaproblema regarding insert coin?
* naka-stuck ang red led light?
* hindi mapindot ang insert coin?
* walang "registered" na lumalabas sa portal page?
* or marahil ay hindi ninyo maupdate ang coinslot sa upgrade tools?

ilan laman po ito sa mga concerns na marahil ang dahilan po ay hindi pa updated ang sd card niyo sa v2
maaring i-click ang mga link at sundan lang po natin ang mga instruction na nasasaad. Kung may iba pa po kayong katanung ay imessage niyo lang po kami maraming salamat po and stay safe mga kawizspot

WizSpot101 Back To Basics Upgrade WizSpot and SD Card v2

Step1: Reflash the SD card to v2 (message us to get the v2 .img file)
Step2: After reflash you can procede to the apps for the updating of unit
Step3: Up the WizSpot vendo for 10-15mins
Step4: After 10-15mins reboot the vendo via apps

In updating your WizSpot unit to the latest firmware it is important to flash your SD card to v2. Just message us to get your v2 .img file 😀😁😀
