FairBuilding connects other NGOs and Social Developers to Construction Companies that give discounted

FairBuilding Network is an initiative by BCI Foundation Limited. The FairBuilding Network is a web-based information database which serves as a marketplace for construction projects with a community benefit. Construction is more than bricks and mortar: it is a secure home, a safe place to learn and play, health and well-being, livelihood, enterprise, independence and opportunity. FairBuilding Network highlights and elevates these projects by enabling mutually beneficial connections between the construction industry and deserving developers. It is the FairBuilding Network’s market-based concept that assures its long-term sustainability.

Through our partnership with Holcim and ALTERPLAN, members of LKM have now purchased a total of 500+ bags of cement at special network rates to support ongoing local building projects!

Many families affected by the 2017 Marawi conflict are still living in temporary shelters or returning to severely damaged homes in urgent need of repair. Access to affordable materials makes a tangible difference in getting families back under safe roofs.

Last June 2nd, the FairBuilding Network conducted a site visit to the grounds of the upcoming Community-led Housing Project of Samahang Magkakapitbahay ng Munting Nayon, Inc. in Barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa City. This impactful project is made possible through the technical expertise of LinkBuild, Inc. and TAMPEI.

🌱 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Because this housing project is pushing for a sustainable, eco-friendly approach, our Industry Partner, TPE , joined the visit to explore how they can collaborate using their innovative form block products.

During the visit, we had the privilege of speaking with the community members about what this project means to them:
“𝘐𝘣𝘢 𝘱𝘢 𝘳𝘪𝘯 𝘬𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘪 𝘬𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘶𝘱𝘢 𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘺. 𝘒𝘢𝘺𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘬𝘢𝘮𝘪 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘺𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘪 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘶𝘱𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘨𝘢 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘶𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘢 𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯,” shared Jermelyn Penalosa, President of the HOA.

Every construction project is more than just an infrastructure—it’s an advocacy.

We recently visited the 6-storey head office of Care Channels International (CCI) in Cubao, alongside our active Industry Partner, BTicino Philippines. Beyond the walls of this 15-year-old facility lies the heart of CCI’s holistic programs—supporting scholars, livelihood initiatives, and social enterprises for the poorest Filipino families.

To keep these vital programs running, the facility is due for a major "refresh" this coming May to June. Its impact? 300+ staff and volunteers will directly benefit from this project and will indirectly impact 70 communities nationwide.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🤝 We are looking for Industry Partners to support this maintenance project through donations or discounts:
Waterproofing & Epoxy Putty
Interior & Exterior Paints
Repainting and Maintenance Services

𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙧? Make a difference through your products and services by being involved in an off-the-radar construction project. CCI is PCNC-accredited and can issue tax-deduction certificates—a true win-win for social impact!
