📢 PUPCET 2026 RESULTS ARE OUT — AND THE NUMBERS WILL SHOCK YOU!

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) has officially released the results of the PUP College Entrance Test (PUPCET) for Academic Year 2026-2027 — and the competition this year was no joke.

📲 HOW TO CHECK YOUR RESULTS:
Log in to the official PUP admission portal and view your results there right now.

🔢 HERE’S HOW HARD THE COMPETITION IS:

• Nearly 100,000 students applied for the Sta. Mesa Campus alone
• Only 10,000 to 12,000 applicants made the cut
• That's roughly a 10% passing rate — meaning 9 out of every 10 applicants did not qualify

📣 DOST-SEI SCHOLARSHIP UPDATE: ONLY 8,500 SLOTS AVAILABLE THIS YEAR! 🎓

Out of 97,617 examinees, the Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) will only be accepting 8,500 new scholars for this year — giving us a passing rate of just 8.71%.

📉 WHY THE CUT?
Due to continuous budget cuts hitting the DOST, available slots dropped significantly from the previous ~10,000 new scholars down to 8,500 — meaning competition this year is tougher than ever.

🔢 HERE’S HOW HARD THE COMPETITION IS:

• 97,617 examinees took the test
• Only 8,500 will make it
• That's roughly 1 in every 11 examinees

If you're waiting for results — stay calm, stay hopeful. But if you don't make it, remember that DOST is not the only scholarship out there. There are hundreds of other opportunities waiting for you.
