We are honored to share that our Chief of Operations, Prof. Maureen Jane Villasanta, has officially been admitted as an Associate Member of the Malaysian Veterinary Medical Association (MAVMA).
Despite not being a veterinarian and being proudly Filipino, she was welcomed into Malaysia’s professional veterinary community in recognition of her contributions to veterinary digitalization, research collaboration, and IT development for the industry.
From building VetCloud from the ground up to serving 600+ veterinary clinic partners nationwide, to expanding into Malaysia and the UAE, this journey has always been anchored on one mission:
Empowering healthcare and public service institutions through technology.
Beyond veterinary systems, she also leads several medical systems nationwide and LGU ICT modernization initiatives focused on operational efficiency and citizen service delivery.
While leading large-scale operations and nationwide deployments, she balanced her studies MBA (with summa cm laude GPA) and a PhD in Strategic Management, all while lecturing in universities and serving as a speaker in academic and military institutions.
This recognition reflects:

• Cross-border collaboration in veterinary research and ICT
• Private sector technology supporting public service modernization
• Women leading in tech, strategy, healthcare, and governance innovation
