Warranty Notice:

1. Warranty will be voided for the following (but not limited to) reasons:

a. Physical Damage on items (water, fire, electrical, accidental). This also includes damage due to CPU/GPU overclocking. Lost original receipt

c. Box is no longer in pristine condition

d. HDD/SSD – Drive corruption due to an activity done by the user

e. A third-party technician or individual opened an

d attempted to fix or fixed the item (manufacturer’s technicians are outside of this condition).

2. PC Case, Case Fan, and such items don’t have warranty (may be replaced within 7 days if proven to be non-functional out of the box)

3. Software has no warranty

4. Compatibility is buyer’s responsibility

5. The Buyer must bring the item(s)/unit to Shared Bytes when claiming warranty. Buyer also shoulders shipping fee shall he/she books via a delivery app (e.g. Lalamove/Grab). It is also necessary that the buyer brings the original boxes of the items in pristine condition.
