The essence of rational nutrition consists of three main principles:
Separate time and attention should be allocated for the meal. So that the food is complete and rich. Breakfast doesn't have to be heavy. And it is not necessary to pounce on food in the morning, just because it is customary, especially if there is no appetite. Lack of hunger in the morning is a completely natural phenomenon. Lunch and dinner can be heavy, but dinner should be 1-3 hours before bedtime. The denser the dinner, the earlier it should be before bedtime.
Proper healthy nutrition is also the prevention of diseases. Those who lead a healthy lifestyle and eat right are not afraid of weather "cataclysms", or diseases, or viruses. Such people are always cheerful, active, more resilient and cheerful, live longer.
