HR ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Graduate of BS/BA Psychology/ Industrial or BSBA Human Resource Development ManagementWith least 1-2 year/s of recruitment experience or other facets of HR.
Good communication skills.
A team player and dedicated.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word etc.).
Has strong work ethics, professionalism and confidentiality.
Can work under pressure and multi-tasking.
Can start ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify technical skill requirements and create job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, evaluating their technical expertise and cultural fit.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes between employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Compensation and Benefits for Technical Roles:Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
Training and Development:Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Gather feedback from employees and suggest improvements to enhance employee satisfaction.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and files.
