To all our valued players, we believe in being transparent with our community.

For the past few weeks, we’ve been experiencing intermittent internet issues where the connection may spike, disconnect, or reconnect for a few seconds to minutes. We understand how this affects your gaming experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please know that we are actively coordinating with both our internet providers (Globe & PLDT) on a daily basis to resolve this. As shown in the screenshots, we have been consistently following up and pushing for updates. Initial troubleshooting has already been done, including router replacement and IP changes, but the issue still persists.

At this point, we are working closely with them on further solutions to fully stabilize the connection.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolve this matter. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to bring back the smooth and high-performance gaming experience that PGL is built for.
