COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
• Good to excellent communication skills both oral and written as the agents will be using all 3 communication channels namely phone, email, and chat (future)
• Good comprehension and analytical
• Attentive, Patient, Goal oriented

BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Agents will handle inquiries or concerns of clients. The calls, emails or chat will be related to telecoms (cellphones) plans of each employee. The agent will use a "run book" to address the specific need of clients.

You may walk-in directly at 8th Flr., Cyberpod 5, Eton Centris, Quezon Ave. (Building is behind McDo Centris). Monday to Friday, 1PM-8PM.
