A logo can look good—but still fail strategically.💀

If your goal is elegance but your design feels warm and vintage, you’re sending mixed signals. Elegance is clean, minimal, and refined. Vintage is nostalgic, textured, and approachable.

When these clash, your brand becomes unclear. 🤮

A strong logo isn’t just attractive—it’s intentional. Every element should communicate the same message.

Clarity builds recognition. Consistency builds trust. 👍

Hi, hindi naman ito fitness testing—share ko lang. 👇 👇

Don’t try to be in shape agad; try mo muna kung gagana para sa’yo. Nakakakita ako ng mga glow-up or changes from one weight to another, pero at first nasisira diskarte ko. May mga oras na stressed ka, kakain ka nang marami, iinom pa nga minsan (’di alam ni mama).

Pero after ilang years, tinuloy-tuloy ko lang. Ayoko na rin mapagsabihan ng doctor na “papayat ka, sir” every month—medyo masakit din pakinggan. Sa loob-loob ko, parang kalokohan na minsan, pero hindi naman ako quitter. May times na isang buwan walang progress, naging tatlong buwan—on and off.

Hindi rin maganda lagi ang pagkain ko. Wala rin akong ma-share na daily meals kasi kung ano lang sinabi ng doctor, doon lang ako naka-depende.

So ayun—from 2025 until ngayon, nagsimula ako sa walking: 30 minutes, naging 40 minutes. Nagpalit na rin ako ng route—from Moonwalk to Merville—hanggang naging isang oras na.

Huwag kayong mag-quit sa kahit anong ginagawa niyo. Since nagkaroon ako ng mild heart attack dati, nag-iba na talaga ang perspective ko sa buhay.

Para sa akin, enough na ang exercise sa umaga. Pwede mo pa sundan ng bike sa afternoon. Do it because you want to be healthy for yourself—hindi ko kailangan ng sexy na katawan.

Sa mga taong may kailangan sa’yo—bro o ate—laban lang.

Never quit sa kung ano man ang kalagayan mo ngayon.
