*In Indonesia, training takes place after teaching hours. 1.5 hours per day. We met 6 times to cover all the topics.

Announcement: Windows will stop updates and support for MS Office 2010.

Why: Program's life-cycle will end by Oct 13, 2020.

Effect: Windows will no longer provide the following:
* Technical support for issues
* Bug fixes for issues that are discovered
* Security fixes for vulnerabilities that are discovered
Bullet 3 means that computers running these programs will be more vulnerable to cyberattacks.

Recommendations/Options:
Upgrade MS Office to latest available in the market
Replace with other office suites (e.g., LibreOffice, Gsuite, etc)
