The role will be responsible for handling external transactions, ensuring the timely release and retrieval of important documents, and providing administrative and logistical support for company operations.

Key Responsibilities include:
-Delivering and retrieving documents from government agencies and partners (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, SEC, banks, etc.)
-Performing liaison duties such as client collections, contract notarization, and bank-related errands
-Coordinating concerns/issues between offices and maintaining cleanliness/orderliness
