JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for deploying BizBox solutions at client sites, providing on-site support, and ensuring effective system integration across various healthcare facilities in the Philippines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement BizBox solutions at client sites, ensuring effective integration and functionality
• Provide on-site assistance to resolve client issues promptly and enhance user satisfaction
• Travel frequently and be deployed anywhere in the Philippines as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing tasks and making sound decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deliverables
• Seek opportunities for process improvement and stay updated on system enhancements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field

Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and adaptability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel frequently and be assigned to different client locations

Experience: No prior experience required — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

With PhilHealth’s advisory on the decommissioning of the PhilHealth eKonsulta System effective July 1, 2026, all YAKAP-accredited facilities are required to transition to a certified EMR Service Provider to ensure continued compliance and uninterrupted claims processing.

As a PhilHealth-accredited EMR Service Provider, BizBox Konsulta is already supporting multiple facilities nationwide, with ongoing implementations and active onboarding for clinics preparing for the YAKAP transition.
