Creativity took a different shape during the Marketing Communications team's day at Bumi & Ashe.

Through a hands-on pottery workshop, the team crafted mugs and plates inspired by what helps them build bigger wins together. Each piece reflected a different idea, from trust and collaboration to curiosity and creativity.

No two creations looked alike, and that was the beauty of it. Different perspectives and strengths are what make the team stronger.

What happens when you mix sports, music, great food, and an entire team ready to let loose for a day? You get Sproutche11a. 🌴✨

Held at Forest Crest Nature Hotel & Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas, the day kicked off with team building activities and sports like basketball, volleyball, badminton, dodgeball, and pickleball. Teams competed for points and prizes throughout the day, with plenty of laughs and good moments along the way.

Then came Sproutche11a Night. 🎡🌅

Inspired by Coachella, the night was filled with festival vibes, standout outfits, and people fully showing up as themselves. Between the music, shared laughs, and everyone cheering each other on throughout the night, the atmosphere stayed lively and full of energy from start to finish.

More than just a company outing, Sproutche11a gave us the chance to unwind, meet teammates outside our usual circles, celebrate milestones together, and simply enjoy each other’s company beyond work. 💚
