Downtime? Yes, we experienced downtime, but a redundant link is a must :)

We sincerely apologize for the intermittent disconnections and unstable connectivity experienced over the past two weeks. This was due to our proactive monitoring of anti-tethering measures. The Imack Hotspot team has released a fix, which has successfully passed all phases of our testing. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you that services have now returned to normal. Thank you for your patience.

We have noticed that some of our clients are abusing our services. To ensure fair usage for everyone, we are implementing a detection system where any suspicious activity will be monitored, and the connection will be dropped automatically if a violation is confirmed. We treat this issue with high priority as it impacts all of our users.

We prioritize fair usage for all clients who use our services responsibly.

Thank you,
The Imack Hotspot Team

We always aim for client satisfaction, which is why good service and affordable internet connectivity are our priorities!

Somebody asked, “Meron ka pa bang kinikita niyan sa sobrang murang voucher mo?” I smiled and responded in a nice way, “We don’t rely on other services. Instead, we built our own system and device. We control and secure our own infrastructure.”

Walang vendo machine, voucher lang sapat na sa ngayon hehe, pero kasama sa roadmap ang pag-design at pag-develop ng coinslot para sa Imack Network.

Stay tuned! We will release a lot of exciting services that can be integrated into our system, benefiting our customers and clients.

Once again, thank you for the support!
