To ensure that our digital services are always available when you need them, the PGB Network utilizes four separate internet paths. By combining a 1Gbps Leased Line from Eastern Telecom, 700Mbps from PLDT Enterprise, and 200Mbps via Starlink satellite, we’ve created a more resilient system for everyone.

It’s a simple upgrade to ensure our infrastructure remains stable and fast. We’re working hard to make sure PGB has nothing but the best support.

PLDT Outage: Important Notice for Our Stakeholders

We are currently experiencing a significant internet outage due to a service disruption with our primary provider, PLDT. We understand the inconvenience this is causing and we are working tirelessly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

This outage is affecting several critical online services, including:

Hospital services: Leave processing, DTR reconciliation and printing.

Provincial services: Agriculture survey systems and other online portals.

Please be assured that we have already initiated steps to mitigate the impact. We have reached out to the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region 10 and was able to temporary loan a Starlink equipment to act as a backup.

We will continue to provide updates as we receive more information from our providers and partners. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
