We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to help us book patient appointments.
We are a laboratory testing facility based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time work from home position.
Your tasks will be:
- Answering live calls and booking of appointments. Script is provided
- Sending emails to customers
- Maintaining a database of customer using google spreadsheet
You must:
- Be willing to work Pacific Time hours - Shifting Schedule - starts at 12am Manila time
- Be willing to work weekend hours
- Must be computer literate in order to make reports using gmail / google spreadsheet / docs
- Must have your own computer setup
- Have at least 3mbps internet connection
