Anino Inc. (formerly Anino Playlab, Anino Games, Inc.) is the first and leading game developer in the Philippines with more than 60 games under its belt since it started in 2002.

What you would be doing:
HR
- Implements company policies within the organization and handles related incidents including preparation of memos, NTEs, mediation talks, verbal notice and advise
- Handles employee Onboarding and Offboarding via the HRIS including staff orientation, document/packet preparation and presentation.
- Manage the HRIS and Payroll Software and keep it updated
- Assists employees on the processing of SSS, HDMF and Company loan applications.
- Responsible for posting employee’s monthly contribution and loan payment SSS, PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG Fund through E-GOV.
- Coordinates with accredited HMO and/or clinics and hospitals for the schedule and other matters related to the application/usage of Employees’ Health Care Benefits.
- Responsible for Salary and Benefits orientation, documentation, and processing staffs including preparation, submission and processing of statutory requirements for the employees; BIR for withholding tax, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig etc. and pre- employment requirements
- Prepares Job offer, employment contracts and other HR related documents (COE, MOA etc.)
- Coordinates with bank regarding opening of employee ATM, concern with online banking and other related matters
- Administers performance evaluation and review processes on a regular basis (monthly/ quarterly/ annually) through GDrive and other online channels
- Manages employee 201 files to ensure all data is complete and updated in a timely manner, including uploading soft copies of all paperwork related to each employee (ie contracts, memos, reviews, etc)
- Entertain all HR-related concerns of employees like salary inquiries and complaints. - Processing and Payment of Business Permit and other related government matters
Recruitment and Linkages
- Schedules and communicates with applicants and leads for recruitment processes and screening; Manages the company's external suppliers and field personnel.
- Communicates and coordinates with external linkages: Associations and universities and;
Admin & Procurement
- Receives and screens office guests, and telephone calls.
- In-charge of company materials like IDs, Business Cards etc;
- Coordinates business meetings, company visits and appointments
- Purchases and manages office supplies, food supplies, furniture, IT supplies and other consumables;
- In-charge of company non-IT assets, inventory and safe keeping;
- Ensures that physical office is clean and orderly, including repair and maintenance of non- computer & computer equipment, furniture and fixtures.
Events
- In-charge of all in-house events, seminars, trainings etc.;
- Represents Anino Inc. to some external functions and events;
- Represents Anino Inc. to Job Fairs;
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources Management with at least a specialization in recruitment and staffing, compensation management, and payroll administration, or training development.
- People-oriented, results-oriented, high level of integrity, team player, strong attention to details, and high sense of urgency
- Sharp analytical and planning skills for budgeting, events, trainings and processes
- Can self manage and can do multi-task
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for onboarding, company presentations, etc. Creative and resourceful problem solving skills
- Tech Savvy and highly adaptable to dynamic apps and software
