**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and offering support to our clients. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and working closely with other departments to improve the customer experience. The individual will analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.

**Responsibilities**
• Provide timely support via live chat for inquiries, account issues, and technical problems.
• Stay updated on our products, services, and industry regulations.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and document customer interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
