THUNDERSTORM ADVISORY:

Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Pampanga, Quezon, Bulacan, Bataan and Batangas within the next 2-3 hours, according to PAGASA as of August 23, 4:00 PM.

Meanwhile, the above conditions are being experienced in Zambales (Cabangan, Botolan, Candelaria, Masinloc, Palauig, Iba, San Marcelino), Nueva Ecija (Gabaldon), Tarlac (San Jose, Capas), Rizal (Binangonan, Cardona, Jala-Jala, Pililla) and Laguna (Mabitac, Pakil, Famy, Siniloan, Santa Maria, Pangil) which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
