- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and computerized billing systems.
- Knowledge of billing, collections, payment processing, and record management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prepare accurate reports.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and coordinate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
