We need to clarify our policy on medical expenses and absences. Sir Arvie mentioned that medical costs are covered under specific conditions. However, if an employee leaves, resigns, or doesn't complete their project, they will be responsible for pre-employment medical expenses. This policy ensures that benefits are used as intended, especially since you were hired for specific projects.

This policy was also shared in our Blue Tag group chat as a reminder.

Recently, there have been many absences, including half-days. Please remember that all absences must be approved by our partner, KINETIC, and have a valid reason. Unauthorized absences or leaving early may result in unpaid days. You are accountable for managing your attendance responsibly.

To clarify, we do not practice salary holds. Instead, deductions are made for specific reasons and with proper justification. If deductions affect your finances, you may request a cash advance after approval from Finance.

Any adjustments to your salary will be reflected in the next pay cycle.
