📢 NETBRIDGE ADVISORY | INTERNET CONNECTIVITY UPDATE

We’re currently monitoring an ongoing international connectivity disruption affecting parts of the Philippines today, October 2, 2026.

Reports indicate that submarine cable segments connecting the Philippines with Singapore and Hong Kong are experiencing disruptions. This may result in:

🔹 Slower access to international websites and services
🔹 Intermittent connectivity to certain destinations
🔹 Higher latency or packet loss, particularly for overseas traffic

The issue is not isolated to Netbridge. International traffic is being rerouted through available network paths, which may cause congestion and slower performance.

On our end, Netbridge is actively monitoring our multiple ISP links and network routes to maintain service stability as much as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while the affected international infrastructure is being addressed. We’ll continue monitoring the situation and provide updates when necessary.

Our two main internet providers remain operational, and services are still running. The issue has already been reported to the affected provider, and we are currently awaiting repair and restoration.
