*WARRANTY POLICY (MUST READ!)***
1. Proof of purchase (ORIGINAL RECEIPT) shall always be presented in claiming warranty service.
2. Date of purchase shall and will always be considered as the 1st day of warranty period.

5. Warranty and support are exclusive to hardwares (parts/components) included in your purchase, any software related activities and issues are user‘s discretion (such as program,applications, games and etc.)

7a. Any item or desktop bundle once delivered is considered as SOLD! If item is Return owing to defective, it shall only be covered by:
• 7 days outright replacement (Desktop bundles).
• Manufactures Warranty Policy, subject for pull-out, inspection or service.
8a. Return of defective item:
• For return/change of items and or bundles due to CHANGE OF MIND is not an excuse for validity of return.
***Shops are not legally required to give you a refund or replacement if you have just changed your mind.
• For return of defective item or desktop bundle, client shall be the one to shoulder cost for shipping/transport of goods To, or From or vice versa to TPD COMPUTER TRADING located at Bauan Durungao Batangas.
• The item/desktop bundle shall be returned in intact form, complete with boxes and peripherals such as installer, manual and spare parts included in the package.
9a. TPD COMPUTER TRADING shall not be liable for any missing goods (shipping) incurred during transit.
