Sir Mark’s Hitachi HDD contained important client photo and video shoots that suddenly became difficult to access, with the system hanging whenever files were opened or transferred. During initial testing at our center, we confirmed and clearly explained that the issue was not a simple one but already showing signs of hardware failure.
