It has come to our attention that one of our regular clients and reseller has posted a negative and derogatory review against our shop. Although we always welcome feedbacks and reviews, positive or negative in nature, we felt compelled to correct the lies that may cause damage to our reputation.

Here are the facts:

1. “PAG DEFECTIVE LCD NILA HINDI NILA PAPALITAN” - We always provide 3-6 months warranty on our products for factory defects. Video proof is required for us to investigate correctly if the item was damaged in transit, mishandled by the buyer, or a factory defect. This customer has been our client since Nov 2023 and has a total of 30 transactions with 4 warranty claims and 1 refund (all settled).

2. “LAHAT NG PALUSOT SASABIHIN PARA MASISI SAYO ANG ISSUE” - Macrox Computers is not only a parts supplier but also a full service computer repair shop with board level technicians to assist you in diagnosing and installing your products. In this particular case we tested multiple screens (both on the buyers laptop and our screen tester machine) and found out that the issue was not the screen but the laptop itself (possible driver or GPU). Also there was a clear proof that the LCD was not installed properly that damaged the backlight on a specific area of the screen which voids the warranty claim due to mishandling.

3. “BLACK OUT LCD NYA PERO SA IBANG SUPPLIER OKAY NAMAN” - LCD displays on splash screen (ACER logo) and BIOS screen but fails when Windows is loaded. Multiple test videos were sent to this customer to prove that this is a driver issue since we also tried to load a different Windows OS from a flash drive and worked properly.

4. “IPIPILIT PA NA DRIVER AT GPU ISSUE PARA LNG MAKAGAWA NG PALUSOT” - The first repair attempt that we tried when the laptop was brought to our shop was to test a different brand new screen. New LCD screen showed the same issue which supported our claims that this is not an LCD issue. If this was an LCD issue, we could have replaced it right away but since it’s not, then replacing the screen will not resolve the problem. Different tests were also made (with videos) supporting our diagnosis.

5. “HINDI RIN SILA NAG REREFUND KAHIT KASALANAN NILA PAG WALA NA SILANG STOCK” - This is a lie since this customer was issued a refund on our Jan 11, 2024 transaction where he incorrectly ordered an LCD for his client. We highly discourage refunds because we are trying to avoid technicians/DIYers to use our products for testing and diagnostics purposes only. Special circumstances for refunds are approved when change of item or store credits is not an option.

This buyer blocked all of our FB accounts to intentionally hide the post from us. If he was telling the truth then why did he feel the need to avoid our response? Positive comments from our other clients are overwhelming and we recorded the highest engagement and new clients/orders because of this, so if your plan is to damage our reputation - you failed. We thank you for this and to all of our other clients that commented on his post.
