HIRING: IT Support Trainee / Junior IT Assistant

We are looking for an entry-level IT Support Trainee / Junior IT Assistant to help with basic IT support and daily technical tasks.

This position is suitable for a fresh graduate or someone with basic IT knowledge who is willing to learn and be trained.

Position: IT Support Trainee / Junior IT Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic computer troubleshooting
- Set up desktops, laptops, printers, and basic office equipment
- Help with Wi-Fi, router, and basic network troubleshooting
- Assist in cable tracing and simple network checking
- Install basic software and configure user devices
- Document IT tasks, issues, and solutions
- Support daily IT operations under supervision

Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, printers, and networking
- Willing to learn network setup and troubleshooting
- Responsible, patient, and willing to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Can work with minimal supervision after training
