• Answering inbound calls and assist in customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding money remittance
• Gather and verify all required customer’s information
• Responsible for review and processing of remittance-related transactions.

Requirements:

Capable of coding for both the front and back ends of a website.
Their primary responsibilities is to design, develop, deploy, and maintain features for new and existing systems.
- Design and develop new software.
- Maintain and improve existing systems.
- Able to troubleshoot and debug issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
*With atleast 1 year relevant experience in Software development.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
*Proficient in front-end languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
*Proficient in JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as Angular and/or React.js
*Expertise with databases like SQL Server and MongoDB
-Strong understanding of the SOLID PRINCIPLE
-Familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
-Experience using Git as a version control system
-Using React Native or the Ionic Framework for developing mobile applications is a plus
