UV + OZONE DISINFECTION CABINET

The traditional method of sanitizing our items by using chemical disinfectant has now a better alternative. Chemical disinfection such as bleach, aerosol, etc is harmful to skin contact, respiratory and to the environment. Not every item is suitable for chemical disinfection such as food, documents, baby products, etc.

To put things at ease, reDiCerv has come up with a UVC light disinfection cabinet that eradicates 99.9% of microbes in our grocery items, foods, fruits, vegetables, paper & documents, face mask, face shields, cellphones and any item that will fit in the cabinet.

Our product is equipped with a UVC Light that produces Ozone, it has a wavelength of 185-254nm. (UVC light within the range of 100-280nm wavelength is capable of UV disinfection; UVC light within the range of 100-240nm wavelength is capable of producing ozone). Our product meets the required wavelength to perform both UV disinfection and Ozone oxidation. Our lamp produce two peaks in the UV light band, one at 254nm and another at 185nm. The 254nm light is what is referred to as a “germicidal” lamp, while the 185nm light is referred to as on “ozone producing” lamp.

This product is built with all aluminium material. Aluminium has the highest reflection factor for UV radiation. All sides reflects UV, while shaded areas are not a problem with our Ozone-producing UV light. Ozone will pe*****te all corners including areas not reachable by the UV light due to shade and blockages. Blower fan is provided to help the ozone circulate in every corner of our enclosure.

With this double action sterilization (UV Disinfection and Ozone Oxidation), no microbes will survive 99.9%.

Powered by 10w Hallux Italy Brand UVC Lamp, with a spectrum of 185-254nm that produces Ozone for extensive sterilization. Equipped with Ozone Circulation System via blower fan to help the ozone circulate all around the enclosure. Dual sterilization.
