1. Our cable and internet services will be available as usual, unless the typhoon will turn out to pose danger to our satellite dishes and other equipment. In the event that this happens, we will be constrained to shut down the aforesaid.
2. In case of signal interruption, you may reach Streamtech/Planet via our various touchpoints, such as email, mobile, social media, and other platforms.
3. Lead times for repairs will depend on the extent of the damage on our equipment or on those of other utilities providers (e.g. electricity cooperatives and suppliers) that we also work with.
4. Make sure to charge your mobile phones, power banks, and other important gadgets.
