Reygorio Palileng is an entrepreneur himself, as the founder of iLearn Skills Development, a training center dedicated to equipping children and professionals with essential skills in graphic design, web development, programming, and ICT for teachers. His entrepreneurial spirit has inspired his own children: his daughter Katryn successfully launched Eun Designs, applying her graphic design and crafting skills; his son Rayjon specializes in website development using WordPress. Today, both proudly contribute to family dinners at their favorite restaurants.

This personal commitment highlights Rey’s genuine dedication to nurturing young entrepreneurs, growing local businesses, and boosting Buguias’ economy.

Over the past years, We have been immersed in developing a groundbreaking project aimed at revolutionizing agriculture.
Our focus? Creating a comprehensive database for farmers, complete with a cutting-edge Geographic Information System (GIS) tailored to support precise crop planning.

Introducing our intelligent farm system, designed to guide farmers with data-driven insights, optimizing resource allocation and enhancing overall efficiency.

From real-time weather updates to soil health analytics, this initiative seeks to empower farmers with the tools they need for sustainable and informed decision-making.

Starting tomorrow, I will be visiting officials and other agencies to present our project, seeking their support. What was once a long shot is now a reality—we have achieved it.


We are, after all, just farmers’ children who chose to excel in Information Technology. Please help us connect with those concerned or let them hear about our initiative.

Congratulations to the Winners in the International Vedic Mathematics Olympiad conducted on November 26,2022 participated by 1,861 contestants from different countries. Two learners from La Trinidad, Benguet, Katryn Angela Ridon (Intermediate Category) of HOPE Christian Academy, Inc. and Amber May D. Bagtang (Senior Category) of DepEd Tayo Cordillera Regional Science High School were awarded GOLD.
The IVMO is a competition that examines one’s ability in mathematical computation using Vedic Mathematics strategies.
