🔴 Affected Areas: Arellano St., Mambucal, Sta. Cruz, & San Isidro.

Restoration is currently on hold as we await SOCOTECO I power line clearance. Our fiber team will proceed immediately once the site is declared safe. Stay tuned for further updates!

TEMPORARY SERVICE INTERRUPTION ADVISORY ⚠️🚨

Please be informed that some areas may experience intermittent to no internet connection due to a fallen tree that damaged one of our main internet distribution poles along Arellano St., Koronadal City.

Affected Areas:
• Arellano Street
• Mambucal
• Sta. Cruz (Yellowbell, Roamsceville, Agan Homes, San Antonio)
• San Isidro

Our technical team is currently assessing the site for repair and clearance. However, field operations are on hold as we await SOCOTECO I to clear the live power lines and secured areas before our fiber team can safely proceed with line restoration.

As long as weather conditions remain favorable and clearance is given, repair operations will continue until services are fully restored. Otherwise, repair activities will be scheduled for the following day for the safety of our field technicians.

Please be informed that some areas may experience intermittent to no internet connection due to a fire incident affecting one of our main internet distribution posts. The fire reportedly began at around 10:00–11:00 AM along Arellano St., Koronadal City.

Affected Areas:
• Mambucal
• Sta. Cruz (Yellowbell, Roamsceville, Agan Homes, San Antonio)
• San Isidro

Our technical team is working to restore the connection as quickly as possible. As long as weather conditions remain favorable, repair operations will continue until services are fully restored. Otherwise, repair activities will be scheduled the following day for the safety of our technicians.
