Due to the request and popular public demand, we are now printing business cards and stickers to be distributed for those who want to know about our page and its services offered.
The business card and the sticker consist of page link, email, and a QR code in obverse. Services offer and a contact number in reverse.
For the meantime, eto lang po ang kaya kong gawin lalo na sa sticker na glossy sticker paper lang ang ginagamit ko for printing due to budget constraint.
I am hoping that the existence of this page will be reached to many people.

Issue: Dirty scanner
Solution: Deep cleaning

Summary:
Client complained that the company printer (Epson L3150) is infested with ants and dirt acuumulated inside the printer scanner resulting in poor printout. The technician carefully disassembled the printer and gently cleaned the dirt and ants inside it.
After the cleaning, the scanner is now in good condition and the printout is clear of dirt.

Issue: Slow performance, boot takes lot of time.
Solution: Upgrade RAM and SSD

Summary: Our client hasn't used this laptop for several months because it won't turn on. Only to find out that the laptop hasn't charged very well and the battery was drained. I charged it for an hour and the laptop revived. When I checked the laptop, it takes a minute and two to load the operating system upon booting and laggy performance, the client noticed it upon using it. My recommendation is to upgrade the storage with 256GB SSD and 4GB RAM. Before the upgrade, the laptop had 2TB HDD and built in 4GB RAM. I also replaced the optical drive disk with HDD caddy for expansion of storage.
Equipped with 256GB + 2TB of storage and 8GB of RAM, it takes an average of 30 seconds to load the OS, faster transfer speed and a the performance is smooth.

Note: Optical drive disk is now obsolete.

Issue: Laggy performance
Solution: Reformat

Summary:
Our client once again requested us to repair his supervisor's laptop with issues, boot startup takes around two minutes and laggy performance due to startup apps. Our first recommandation was to upgrade RAM from 4GB to 8GB and upgrade HDD to SSD. However, RAM is built-in onto the circuit board and cannot be upgraded and removed. There was a SSD NVMe type slot for storage upgrades but the client have to decide first becuase upgrading to SSD in which it costs a lot of money. For the meantime, our solution was to reformat the laptop with Windows 10 opearting system. Important files were backuped.

Issue: Laptop fluctuation due to dust accumulation and poor ventilation.

Solution: Cleaning.

Summary: Our client complains that his laptop suddenly turn off. The laptop he is using is Toshiba Satelite equipped with Intel Core-i3 2nd Gen. We conduct case finding only to find out that there are dust accumulated in the CPU fan and the poor ventilation that causes the laptop to overheat and fluctuates. To solve this problem, we cleaned the CPU fans and removed the dust around it. For post service, we gave advise that his laptop must have a proper ventilation for the CPU to cool off, the use of laptop cooling fan would help.

Issue: Defective hard drive disk

Solution: SSD upgrade

Summary:
Ang client namin ay nahrereklamo na hindi na magboot ang laptop ng dahil sa sirang hard drive. Ang solusyon ay simple lang, upgrade lang ng storage gamit SSD dahil eto na ang madalas ginagamit na storage sa mga laptop at PC users dahil ito ay mas mabilis kesa sa HDD.

Issue: Slow internet connection

Solution: Slight modification of router

Summary: Sabi po ng client namin, mahina daw po amg internet nila sa kanyang router na nag kanyang sim na gamit ay GOMO. So ang ginawa namin, nireset ang router at kinokonfigure ang settings para mas lalong lalakas at bibilis ang internet connection.
