We would like to inform our valued subscribers in the Gahak, Kawit area that there is currently a power interruption (black out) affecting some areas.

Our network is currently operating on backup power, and we are pleased to inform you that internet connectivity remains stable and services are operating normally at this time.

Our technical team has successfully located the cause of the service interruption and confirmed that the fiber optic cable was cut along the Medicion area.

However, due to continuous heavy rainfall and unsafe working conditions caused by the wet electric pole, repair activities have been temporarily suspended to ensure the safety of our technicians.

Repair work will resume tomorrow as soon as weather and site conditions are safe. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore services as quickly and safely as possible.
