Our technical team is currently conducting onsite troubleshooting and line inspection. Initial findings have identified burnt wires at an electric pole, which may be contributing to the service interruption.

Our technicians are working to address the issue and restore services as soon as possible.

Internet services have been fully restored as of 8:16 P.M. If you are still experiencing connectivity issues, we recommend restarting your modem/router.

Please be advised that our main internet connection is currently down due to a fiber optic cable break caused by the earlier replacement of an affected electric pole by Meralco.

Our technical team is already on site and actively conducting repair and restoration works on the damaged fiber optic line.

As of 7:04 PM today, restoration is still ongoing. We are working to restore the main internet service as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Further updates will be provided once the connection has been restored.
