🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Success Manager (CSM)
📍 Remote | Full-Time | Pay-Per-Lead Industry
💰 Salary: Within 6-digit PHP range – to be discussed based on experience + performance-based commission

We’re a fast-growing pay-per-lead company looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with strong sales experience to help us build lasting client relationships, increase upsells, and boost retention.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Onboard and manage clients in the pay-per-lead space
✅ Build strong relationships and act as their go-to point of contact
✅ Understand client goals and optimize their lead flow experience
✅ Identify upsell opportunities (higher lead volume, new campaigns, etc.)
✅ Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
✅ Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure high-quality delivery

👤 Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
✔️ Sales background, especially in upselling and cross-selling
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
✔️ Experience in performance marketing or pay-per-lead is a big plus!

💡 Bonus Points If You Have:
➕ Knowledge of GoHighLevel, CRMs, or lead generation tools
➕ Worked with real estate, solar, insurance, or home services clients
