📢 CHINOTECH REPAIR PROCESS

STEP 1: DIAGNOSIS (₱150 PER DEVICE)

👉 Technician will perform the following:

❖ Identify the exact issue affecting the device
❖ Check if the device is repairable or if parts are needed
❖ Provide a detailed quote of the total repair cost

STEP 2: CUSTOMER DECISION

👉 After receiving the diagnosis and total repair cost, you may choose one of the following options:

✅ Proceed Repair - The ₱150 diagnostic fee is waived (no charge for diagnosis)

❎ Decline Repair - Pay the ₱150 diagnostic fee and retrieve your device

STEP 3: REPAIR

👉 If you proceed with the repair:

❖ The repair will be carried out by our technician
❖ Necessary replacement parts will be installed
❖ Repaired devices will undergo comprehensive testing

STEP 4: PICKUP & WARRANTY

❖ You will be notified once the repair is complete
❖ 30-day warranty for both parts and labor
