TO OUR VALUED SUBSCRIBERS

It has reached to our attention that one of our competitors are spreading FAKE NEWS that we have stopped our operation, in order for them to pirate or gain our subscribers. Please be advised that unless it is not stated or posted on our official fb page rumors like that are considered hoax or false!

Last January 18-21 we have tansferred our main server and have done some rewiring as part of our preventive maintenance which resulted to lost of internet connection to some our subscribers. We would like to apologize for that. Rest assured those who are affected would receive rebates.

Lastly to our valued subscribers who have been with us since we started until today, thank you very much our heart is full of gratitude for your loyalty with us even we have our lapses. We will continue to improve and serve you better!

To our valued customers, as per contacting PLDT, please be advised that the current total block out or unstable power supply that we are experiencing in the whole Panay Island has affected the main equipment of our internet service provider (PLDT) that is located in the Poblacion, Pavia, which resulted to no internet connection. We apologize for this inconvenience and we are hoping for your kind understanding.

NETWORK ADVISORY!

To our valued subscribers, please be advised that the town of Pavia is currently experiencing power interruption due to scheduled maintenance of NGCP. This interruption affects the main equipment of our internet service provider (PLDT) which resulted to no internet service at the moment. We have no idea yet of the restoration time, but hoping to have it the soonest. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

NETWORK ADVISORY❗️WIP subscribers may be currently experiencing slow down to no internet connection at all, this is due to the power outage in the town of PAVIA and some areas of Sta. Barabara, because of this the main equipment of PLDT which is our main internet service provider was affected by the said power outage. We have received multiple complaints with regards to slow or down internet connection as of 6pm this day. Our main internet service provider has detected down links in South Luzon area which impacts internet and data services. As per advisory tentative time of restoration is on August 16, 2023 2:00am. To our valued subscribers our main ISP has detected fiber break between Legazpi and Naga as of 9:19am affecting the wired and wireless services, because of this Visayas is one of the affected areas please expect slowed internet connection. As per advisory they are currently working to locate and assess the fault damage. Please see photo below for further information.

For those who are asking thru our FB messenger with regards to slowed internet, we apologize but we cannot read and reply to each of your complaints as we are also affected by this issue.

NETWORK ADVISORY❗️: We have received multiple complaints this morning regarding sudden loss of internet connection. We have contacted our main internet service provider which is PLDT and they have informed us that there is a current fiber break due to typhoon Egay within PAVIA so DECA HOMES is one of the affected areas of this trouble. We have already reported this to them and they are currently working to fix this issue. NETWORK ADVISORY❗️

We have received some complaints regarding slowed down internet connection, please be guided that our main internet service provider (ISP) has detected multiple down links with their Domestic Fiber Optic Network which may affect internet and data services in some regions including Visayas.

As per PLDT's released statement tentative time of restoration is within the day (July 20, 2023) at 8pm PHT.
