We truly understand that unexpected things can happen, and we respect your decision to cancel the order. However, we cannot hide the disappointment we feel.
A lot of customers naman nakacancel na sa amon and much worse waay ginakwa ang order. A couple times nani natabo sa amon yet still we continue to trust people. This transaction really means a lot for us since this is one of the big orders nga nag abot sa amon. New materials, new product and new customer🥹.
We had already spent ₱1,000+ to purchase and prepare the materials specifically for your souvenirs, believing that the order would push through. Every peso was already paid, and every material was bought with the expectation of turning it into something meaningful for you. Since it was Pre-Order transaction we expect nga kwaon nyo gid sa amon.
No cancellation Policy🥲. Gamit ang kwarta nga dapat para pa sa skwelahan kag other expenses namon ginsalig kag ginbayad namon para sa materials, we also did the editing and lay'out for this souvenir yet this happened.
Now, with the cancellation, we are left with materials, expenses, and a little piece of hope that can no longer be turned back into money. The money, the effort are all "kanugon" kung baga. And right now kalibog amon ulo kung paano mamake up ang money nga ginbayad para sa orders. We're students struggling kag gapanguyadi man pero amo pa ni matabo, we're really hopeless at this point🥲.
We are not saying this to make you feel guilty, but simply to let you understand the situation we are left in. Even though this happen waay gid kami nangakig infact we still protected your reputation miss. Our business has it's own principle nga nd gid kami magpost sang mga scam sa amon pero nd na kami kagwanta this is really a big amount. We're striving lang man para makasurvive sa adlaw-adlaw pero deserve bala namon itreat sang amo ni? of course no! Every orders and transaction we take it seriously and I really hope our customers feel the same way too. We face a lot of belittle and harsh words yet we still choose to be kind- to understand because we need the money! And the term “kita gakinahanglan kwarta dapat mapaayon ta” became a principle we can never bend. Swallowing our pride and ego for the sake nga nd maguba ang j&j. Because of being too kind, we we're abused.🥲
We only hope that in the future, before confirming an order, we can all be certain—because behind every order is someone who spends, prepares, and hopes that everything will come together.🫂🩷
