DILG Philippines Secretary Eduardo Año has issued Memorandum Circular 2021-068 calling on all local governments to submit their Local Climate Change Action Plans (LCCAPs) to the CCC before the month ends.

Prof. Jigger Sindol Latoza's remains, together with his mother, will be laid to rest at St Joseph Memorial Garden's Chapel, Victorias City tomorrow June 6, 2021.

There will be a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM officiated by the Rev Fr. Aguedo Palomo, SDB.

Our beloved CEO Jigs Latoza has worn many hats in his lifetime. He was a boss, a mentor, a teacher, a consultant, an adviser, a friend, an uncle, a brother, a son.

He had a smile to everyone. He had great stories to tell. His legacy lives on in the lives of the people he has touched.

You will not be forgotten. Rest in paradise, Prof. Jigger Latoza.
