TERMS, CONDITIONS:
These terms and conditions ("terms") govern your use of this online shop. By placing an order, you understand and confirm that you are bound by these terms. These terms apply to any activity that
you engage in on this online shop. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Seven (7) days replacement for any factory defect and one (1) year service warranty (or depends on every item). If, within 7 days after a product is delivered to you, and the product is subsequently deemed defective, you are entitled to either: repair or replacement, or a full refund. Please note that the following conditions will NOT render the product damaged, defective, or unsuitable as aforesaid and will not entitle you to repair, replacement, or refund:
a. Damage caused by normal wear and tear
b. If the product has been dealt with or used contrary to the manufacturer's instructions
c. Where you or someone unauthorized to do so has altered or damaged the product
Note: The buyer will shoulder the shipping costs for service warranty purposes both for the seven (7) days replacement period and one (1) month service warranty. REFUNDS
Refunds will be offered in the form of cash via bank deposit, check, or money remittance, whichever is applicable. SHIPPING
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible (or within 7 working days after the payment verification). Average transit time nationwide is 1 to 3 business days. LATE DELIVERY
We make every effort to deliver goods within the said period. We are not liable for any reasonable amount of delay in the delivery of your purchase due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
